Yes… a bit of boxing is good for us all!! Yet again using the High Intensity Interval Training proven to be the best way to a healthy heart alongside fat burning. This is a boxing based fitness class that works the whole body and lets out any frustration built up in our everyday lives.

Example of a HIIT FIT routine

Work through this circuit with a partner. Partner 1 does all the exercises listed below once through, then partner 2 does all the exercises through.

  • 100 punches then sprint for 20 secs
  • 80 punches then sprint for 20 secs
  • 60 punches then sprint for 20 secs
  • 40 punches then sprint for 20 secs
  • 20 punches then sprint for 20 secs

This can be repeated as often as you like using the different types of punches used in boxing.
